Cancellation policy
25% due upon booking.
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
- Forfeit one night accommodation (including tax) If cancellation is between booking and 60 days prior to arrival.
- No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.
$500 damage deposit will be authorized upon arrival.
No charges for damage will be processed without the tenant's knowledge.
Chalet Guidelines
Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: no later than 10:00 a.m.
Maximum occupancy is 7 adults or 8 including children
No parties/events
No smoking in chalet, ashtray provided on back porch.
Absolutely no pets please.
Children welcome
One or two families work well.
Minimum age of primary renter is 30 years old.
Hot tub use till 10 pm, hot tub is private to chalet and shared with suite.
